We do not have an ice machine. A refrigerator/freezer is available in the kitchen; most caterers and bartenders bring ice in coolers. ICEMAN is a local vendor who is great to use for ice delivery.
Yes, sparklers are allowed. They must be extinguished in a bucket of water and disposed of in the dumpster.
Is there anything that is not allowed? We do not allow confetti or faux flower petals.

Yes. Alcohol must be served by licensed and insured bartenders who are on our staff. For more information, send an inquiry.
Friday rehearsals are subject to availability. Weekday rehearsals are available. Rehearsal availability can be confirmed two months prior to the event. We do not do rehearsal dinners unless you are renting the venue for the day.
Yes. Rehearsal dinners are subject to the same daily rental rate as weddings.
The reception space includes two adjoining rooms: one is 30x50, and the second is 40x50 with a 10x30 connecting walkway.
Day or coordination is included in our Decor Package, if not doing the decor package we can still recommend great coordinators to hire.
The décor package includes chargers, plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, farm table runners, round table linens, faux greenery, various candleholders, and bud vases. We off LED candles, if you would like to use real candles, the client will provide those. A design meeting is scheduled based on your inspiration photos and color palette. Setup and cleanup of reception table décor is included. (Real candles, florals, and ceremony décor are not included.)
Yes. Candles must be extinguished at least 20 minutes prior to cleanup to prevent wax spills. If you select the décor package, we handle this for you.
